Anyone interested in the preservation of Contra Costa County history is invited to apply for membership. While many Society members are also affiliated with local historical groups, such membership is NOT a requisite for joining the County Historical Society.
Membership categories include: Individual, Couple, Sponsor, or Corporate. See the table below for the current fee schedule.

Each new member receives an Historical Points of Interest map when you come in to the center. Members are also mailed the Society Bulletin, which is published quarterly. It reports on upcoming meetings and on the Society's activities.
